We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at O’Connor’s Secret Garden Bistro, 12 Normandy Street, Alton, GU34 1BX from 12.30 onwards and lunch is at 1 o’clock, where Peter provides us with either an excellent buffet or a selection of hot dishes together with coffee, at a very modest £7, encouraging “Food for Thought!” Business matters begin at 1.30 giving members a chance to learn about each other’s capabilities and discuss topics pertaining to their own business/services or matters which may affect the local community. The intention is to encourage inter-trading, as well as being a platform for new ventures.
